As a new patient, you can expect to receive the following 3 emails:

  1. After requesting an appointment, you'll receive a welcome email.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive an appointment confirmation email.
  3. You'll also receive client portal setup instructions. Please check your spam or junk folder in case this email is filtered.

New Client

Welcome! We're excited to have you join our community. To schedule your first appointment, please use our secure online scheduler. Click the button below to browse available times and select the one that best fits your schedule.

Once you submit your request, our front office team will review it and send you a confirmation email with helpful onboarding instructions.

In a follow-up email, you’ll receive a link to create your password for our client portal. After setting your password, you’ll be automatically directed to the portal, where you can log in to complete your intake, consent forms, and billing information to prepare for your first appointment.

After your first appointment, you’ll be able to use your client portal anytime to request follow-up appointments or access important information.

Existing clients (Already completed an initial evaluation)

If you are an existing or returning client, please schedule your appointment by logging into your client portal account. After logging in, access the scheduler and select your preferred appointment time by clicking the “Schedule Session” link.

If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot your password” on the login page to reset it.
