Out-of-network benefits

We are a cash-pay practice that accepts out-of-network benefits with most PPO insurances. We chose to work outside traditional insurance contracts so we can provide the highest quality, individualized care to every patient.

All evaluations are 60 minutes, and treatment sessions are 45 minutes with one-on-one care by a Certified Hand Therapist.

This personalized approach allows for focused, expert care that may help you improve more efficiently and potentially require fewer visits overall.

How do you get reimbursed with a superbill?

Payment is collected at each visit. At the completion of your session, we provide a detailed Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

Your Superbill includes all information typically required by insurance companies, including: Practice name, Address, Phone number, NPI number, CPT billing codes, and Diagnosis codes.

Please contact your insurance company directly using the phone number on the back of your insurance card to verify your out-of-network (OON) benefits and coverage details under your specific plan.

We recommend checking your benefits before beginning treatment to ensure you understand your coverage and reimbursement eligibility, helping you avoid unexpected costs.
